CCYM has premises in chembur to provide shelter to about 100 cancer patients each with one accomplice, who come from outside Mumbai & gets treatment for cancer from Tata Hospital. The place is self content. We have also made arrangements for common kitchen so that they get home food and best nutrients.
The trust has entrusted this premises to Shradha foundation who takes care of cancer patients. There is an arrangement for vehicle to take patients from shelter to hospital for treatment & back in the evening.
Shradha foundation charges for these facilities very nominal fees of Rs.300/- per month.
With these kind of facilities, the benefits to poor cancer patients is enormous and we get satisfaction.
